This Privacy Policy describes how Lucky Summons ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Lucky Summons (the "Game").
Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a unique account identifier from the sign-in provider, and we may receive your email address and display name as part of that sign-in. We do not receive your password.
Game data. We store the data needed to run your account: chosen username, owned units, currencies (gems, war tokens, shards), level progression, artifacts, daily quest progress, energy state, and similar gameplay records.
Device and technical information. When the Game communicates with our servers we receive a device identifier generated by your operating system, the IP address used for the request, the Game version, and the platform (iOS or Android).
Purchase records. When you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive a transaction identifier and the product purchased so we can grant the matching in-game items. We do not receive your full payment card number, billing address, or other payment details.
Consent records. When you accept the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy in the Game, we record the version you accepted, the date and time of acceptance, and the device identifier so we can prove the consent if asked.
Diagnostics. If the Game crashes or hits an error, we may collect basic diagnostic information (the error message, the part of the Game that was active, the device model and operating system version). This helps us fix bugs.
Advertising identifiers. If you choose to watch a rewarded video ad, the ad network we work with may receive an advertising identifier provided by your operating system, along with the Game version and basic device information. You can reset or disable this identifier in your device settings at any time.

We may disclose information when required by law, when responding to a valid legal request, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
We keep your account record for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your account record and game state within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, purchase records may be retained for up to 7 years).

Lucky Summons is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at luckysummonsgame@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you play the Game from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection rules that differ from those in your country. By using the Game you consent to this transfer.
We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage at our cloud provider, and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if the change affects how we handle data you have already provided, prompt you to review and re-accept the policy in the Game.
